Mansura, Louisiana
Held annually on 2nd weekend in May, the festival mixes great cajun food, good times and music with cochon de lait (French for roast suckling pig). Includes a giant midway, nightly street dances, contests, parade, arts/crafts booths and so much more.

May 22-24, 2020  37th Annual Mudbug Madness - Shreveport, Louisiana
One of Louisiana’s largest and most popular Cajun festivals, with Crawfish Boil, Cajun, Zydeco, Blues and Jazz artists, mouth-watering Cajun cuisine, raucous contests, and fun for all ages. Mudbug Madness draws as many as 56,000 people in one day.  Attendance: 56,000.

This exciting weekend will be highlighted by a craft market Saturday and Sunday, carnival rides and delicious Cajun foods all weekend, including a Mother's Day Brunch featuring Cook Bob Faulk, who will be showcasing the famous Mt.
