    May 31-June 2, 2013  International Horseradish Festival
    Collinsville, Illinois
    For over two decades, the Horseradish Festival has celebrated the multi-faceted and vastly under-utilized spicy member of the mustard family and brought people from around the midwest and the country to Collinsville for fun, entertainment, and great food and drink.


    June 7-9, 2013  Ribfest Chicago - Chicago, Illinois
    One of Chicago's most anticipated street festivals, averaging 50,000 pounds of pork and 50,000+ attendees. Ribfest Chicago invites all Chicagoland restaurant BBQ masters to compete for the title of "Best Ribs". Includes Ribmania sanctioned rib-eating contest and nationally recognized Indie music festival.
