During each event, guests and notable judges will vote for the best bite from over 1,200 pounds of heritage pork. The winner is then crowned the “Prince or Princess of Porc” and guaranteed a slot at Grand Cochon in October. The Sunday afternoon event unites diners with farmers, winemakers, craft brewers, and distillers in a culinary showdown with a singular focus: ensuring a safe, honest, and delicious future for our food system and the children who will inherit it.  Ensuring a future of safe, honest, and delicious food will be the dominant theme of this year’s tour.
