CHICKPEA DIP III
Yields 2 cups
Ingredients • 3 Cloves garlic • ¼ cup Plain low-fat yogurt • 1 Tbsp. Fresh lemon juice • 1 tsp. Olive oil • ¼ tsp. Salt • ¼ tsp. paprika • 1/8 tsp. pepper • 1 (19 oz.) can chickpeas, drained
Directions Put all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth.
Serve at room temperature with pita chips.
