Serves four7 oz of prosciutto, thinly sliced½ cup extra virgin olive oilfreshly ground black pepperlemon juicesaltchivescorianderolive oil for drizzlingLay out ham and sprinkle with black pepper and drizzle with olive oil. Let it marinate for 30 minutes. Halve avocados and remove stone. Scoop out the flesh, sprinkle with lemon juice.Placer avocado balls inside shell interspersed with prosciutto. Sprinkle with chives and coriander. Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt.
