Beef Wrapped Lavosh Appetizers

Wrap up this "sandwich".

Servings: Serves 4
Prep Time: 15 minutes
 

Ingredients:

    • 4 oz. soft cream cheese
    • 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    • 2 tsp. prepared horseradish, drained
    • 2 Tbsp. green onions, thinly sliced
    • 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
    • 8 oz. roast beef, thinly sliced
    • 8 slices provolone cheese
    • 1 cup spinach or lettuce leaves
    • 6 thin slices tomato
    • 1 loaf Lavosh (Armenian flat bread)
     

Instructions:

Blend cream cheese, mayonnaise and horseradish until smooth.

Fold in green onions and black olives.

Spread cream cheese mixture on the Lavosh bread.

Add roast beef, provolone cheese, spinach, and tomato.

Fold in half to serve. For appetizers, roll and slice crosswise.
