JULY 4, 2014 - There are so many events on this day that they are too numerous to list. Virtually every community in the U.S. has a 4th of July celebration.

School Nutrition Association, Annual Natl Conference (ANC)
SNA’s Annual National Conference (ANC) is the “School Nutrition Event of the Year.” Each July, thousands of school nutrition professionals and industry partners from across the country gather for four days of informative and inspiring sessions, endless exhibits and unparalleled networking opportunities.
July 26, 2014 Yankee Homecoming Brewfest - Newburyport, Mass.
Brewfest will feature more than 30 of the finest craft beers from over a dozen regional brewers, live entertainment, food vendors, and door prizes. All proceeds support the Yankee Homecoming festival.
July 27, 2014 Greater Boston Wine Festival - Marshfield, Massachusetts
MA Farm Wineries & Growers Association is pleased to present the 2014 Greater Boston Wine Festival at the Marshfield Fairgrounds. Join your fellow wine enthusiasts for a great day of sampling wine and other locally produced foods. Featuring Massachusetts award winning farm wineries, music, a variety of specialty food producers, plus wine related crafts and accessories. Food vendors include: cheese, chocolate, honey products, wood fired pizza, gourmet burgers and hot dogs, pulled pork, fruit spreads, seafood chowder and more! All wine will be available for purchase by the bottle for off premise consumption. Our wonderful food vendors will offer their delicious goodies for purchase and consumption on site. Select food vendors will have items prepared for you to enjoy at home as well. Festival admission is $45 per person. Wine samples are available for an additional $5 banding fee (cash only) at the gate. The banding fee includes a wine tote, custom logo glass and event program.
July 29, 2014 20th Annual Father Bill's & MainSpring FoodFest & Auction
The premier outdoor summer event. More than 1,000 attendees enjoy live entertainment, delicious food and beverages, raffles, door prizes and live and silent auctions all for a great cause. Generous samples will be served by forty of the South Shore's most notable restaurants and bakeries.
August 2, 2014 Blueberry Day - East Sandwich, Massachusetts
Green Briar Nature Center & Jam Kitchen from 10 am to 4 pm. Celebrate our native blueberry at the height of the season. Enjoy a special homemade blueberry dessert served in the historic Green Briar Jam Kitchen along with a demonstration of blueberry jam making from 11am-2pm. Desserts are $4.00. Spend some time enjoying all that Green Briar has to offer.
August 7-10, 2014 Tanglewood Wine & Food Classic
Tanglewood Grounds, Massachusetts
An aesthetic fusion of great music and wonderful wine and food. The Tanglewood Wine & Food Classic features wines from around the world, East Coast chefs, and locally sourced foods, enjoyed in an incomparable setting on the Tanglewood grounds.

August 8-9, 2014 The Lowell Food and Wine Festival - Lowell, Mass.
Themed Midsummer Dream and set in the urban Lucy Larcom Park, we introduce the Lowell Food and Wine Festival to celebrate the diverse culinary community of Lowell, great beers and wines, and the dreams of Lowell community organizations. The festival features tasting dishes for $6 or less from some of the area’s finest food trucks and restaurants. Festival-goers can engage with chefs, entrepreneurs, learn from cooking demonstrations, and educate themselves about amazing causes working to build community and fight poverty in Lowell, all while enjoying art, entertainment and a great variety show. August 23, 2014 Red Farm Tomato Festival - Granby, Massachusetts
Every year, we have an unbelievable selection of amazing and often award-winning tomatoes for you to taste. It's a great day at the farm, with everything from a 5K Tomato Trot field race to hay rides to cooking demonstrations to live music to crafters and a smorgasbord of local fare from area producers.
