Yield: 1 quart.


Miso (fermented soybean paste) 1-1/2 cups
Water 1 cup
Fresh ginger, grated 2 Tbsp.
Lemon juice 1 cup
Sugar 1 cup
Vegetable oil* 1/2 cup
Lemon peel, grated 1 tsp.


1. Mix miso, water and ginger in blender. Strain mixture and return liquid to blender.

2. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

Serving suggestion: Serve two ounces over mixed greens or sliced cucumbers.

*Most vegetable oils are made with soybean oil. Check the label of your vegetable oil to see if soybean oil is used.
