Makes 3/4 Cup


• 4 ounces feta cheese, broken into chunks
• 3 tablespoons plain yogurt
• 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon honey
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 clove garlic, peeled

Make The Dressing:

• In a blender or food processor fitted with the metal blade, combine all ingredients and puree until the mixture reaches a smooth and pourable consistency—2 to 3 minutes.

• Store covered and refrigerated for up to 2 days.

Nutrition information per 1-tablespoon serving—protein: 1.9 g; fat: 3.3 g; carbohydrate: 2.3 g; fiber: 0; sodium: 107 mg; cholesterol: 8.9 mg; calories: 46.
