October 3-4, 2014 52nd Kentucky Apple Festival
Love Them Apples! You absolutely cannot come to the Apple Festival without eating a Tiger Ear, or a Fried Apple Pie. But you don't have to stop there, with dozens of food booths all conveniently located in the downtown area, you can try one of everything. Crafter's come from all over the United States to sell their hand made crafts here at the Apple Festival. So come and join us won't you, bring the kids and we guarantee that you will find something for everyone, and we know that you and your family will have a great time at the Kentucky Apple Festival.

November 8-21, 2014 North American International Livestock Exposition
The North American International Livestock Exposition (NAILE) is the world's largest all-breed, purebred livestock exposition. Ten different species of livestock compete in the exposition, and the purebred beef and sheep events are the largest in the world. Accompanying the event, the North American Quarter Horse Show is one of the largest shows in the nation and the North American Championship Rodeo features the Great Lakes Circuit finals for the Pro Rodeo Cowboys Association (PRCA). Throughout the show, visitors will also enjoy the Giant Country Store with its nearly 200 commercial vendors.
