June 1-3, 2017  62nd Annual Poke Sallet Festival
Harlan, Kentucky
Come out and bring the family for what is sure to be a fun-filled festival packed with events such as a carnival, numerous food vendors, bungee jumping,inflatable's, games, micro-NASCAR, live music, POKE Idol, crafts, a car show, and more!

June 4, 2017  Taste of Newport - Newport, Kentucky
The 4th annual Taste of Newport rain or shine from 11 a.m. - 7 p.m. The 600-700-800 blocks of Monmouth Street will be closed to vehicular traffic for the event. The event is designed to showcase some of Newport’s finest “tastes” around the city.  Live Music.

June 8-11, 2017  26th Newport Italianfest - Newport, Kentucky
Italianfest, named a Top 20 Event for June by the Southeast Tourism Society, is held along Newport’s Riverboat Row between the Purple People and Taylor-Southgate Bridges. The festival has authentic Italian food and live Italian music performed by entertainers from around the nation and from “the old country”, a Golf Outing, and a Family Photo Booth showcasing the history of Italian families that settled in Newport generations ago.


Other fun includes a pizza eating contest, a cooking contest, games, and rides for the little ones. Events kick off with a Bocci Ball Tournament at Pompilio’s Restaurant on Wednesday. The event averages 100,000 visitors.  Attendance: 100,000.

June 9-10, 2017
Fort Harrod Beef Festival
Fort Harrod, Kentucky
Who grills the best steak? Who grills the best Burger? These and other titles will be on the line at the Annual Fort Harrod Beef Festival.  The festival weekend is chocked full of activities for all age groups. The festival kicks off on Tuesday night with Cattle Crawl - The Progressive Dinner, a progressive dinner featuring beef cuisine from local restaurants. Friday night the festival really gets going as teams fire up those grills, youth compete in the grill-off, kids enjoy a variety of activities, and adults partake in KY Proud Wine and Cheese Tasting with beef appetizers.  Much More!!!

June 10, 2017 - Winchester Beer Cheese Festival
Winchester, Kentucky
Held the 2nd weekend in June every year, the festival highlights Beer Cheese, a flavorful dip/spread that originated in rural Clark County Kentucky near the Kentucky River in the 30s-40s. The festival includes an amateur beer cheese tasting contest, a commercial beer cheese tasting contest, music, arts & crafts, kids activities and lots and lots of Beer Cheese.

June 14-17, 2017  W. C. Handy Blues & Barbecue Festival
Henderson, Kentucky
A week long musical event that features blues and Zydeco bands from across the United States. Not to mention the mounds of barbecue, red beans & rice and other great treats available from local vendors. W.C. Handy Blues & Barbecue Festival has become one of the largest FREE music festivals in the nation. The Henderson Music Preservation Society is a non-profit organization, all proceeds are used 100% to fund the next year's show.  Attendance: 50,000.

Backyard BBQ Cookoff, KidsQ Cookoff, Kids Fun Zone, Antique Tractor & Car Display, Beer Pit, Retail Court Arts & Crafts, Food Court, Cornhole Tournament, and Entertainment.

Georgetown, Kentucky
Bi-Water Farm & Greenhouse.  Join us as we kick off the fresh fruits and veggie season with our first celebration of Berries & Bluegrass & Barbeque.  Come and see all of the fresh produce in our market, and pick up some of the fresh berries to take home to enjoy. Top off the day with Bluegrass music and our own pulled pork sandwiches with slaw and beans. Make it a day in the country to enjoy and relax!
