The Strawberry Festival is a yearly event filled with entertainment, food, artisans and strawberry shortcakes!  Always the last Saturday in June.  Attendance: 20,000.

May 18-21, 2023  Northeast Livestock Expo - Windsor, Maine
The mission of the Northeast Livestock Exposition is to provide marketing, selling, and educational opportunities to local livestock producers and educate the public on the connection between local farms and their products.

June 22-25, 2023  Ploye Festival & Fort Kent International Muskie Derby - Fort Kent, Maine
It’s all about Ployes and Muskies. (A Ploye is an Acadian buckwheat pancake).  One of the featured events is the making of the worlds largest ploye. This event attracts hundreds of spectators, making it the highlight of the Ploye Festival. The massive ploye, which thus far, measures 12 feet in diameter, can only be accomplished with the help of friends and family of Bouchard Family Farm, producers or the ploye mix.  Other events are usually the ploye eating contest, ploye wrestling contest, and craft show. There are also ployes being sold by local organizations on the street.

April 6-12, 2015  EAT Brunswick! - Brunswick, Maine
Discover the dining diversity of Brunswick by visiting any participating business throughout the week and enjoy special offerings, menus, and pricing. There will be a wide variety of restaurants and culinary businesses participating, and offerings will be available for breakfast, lunch, dinner as well as treats and snacks. Special pricing will range from $6.15 to $30.15. Keep your eye out for the Eat Brunswick spoon insignia, which will denote participating businesses.

Foodservice Personnel ONLY.  New England’s best independent restaurants. Sample hundreds of the hottest new products now available to the industry.   Orders for product can be placed at the show and all orders will be fulfilled by Favorite Foods. There is no fee to attend and pre-registration is not necessary.   All owners and operators from foodservice establishments are encouraged to attend.

The Chamber's 19th annual event will be held from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm at Maine Central Institute (MCI) at 295 Main Street in downtown Pittsfield.  Lots of crafters, artisans and businesses.  Children's and family events part of the day.  For vendors, booth prices have been slashed for 2015.  For visitors, this will be a fun action packed day!
