WATERMELON FRUIT DIP
Yield: 4 cups
8 oz cream cheese, softened 1 cup sour cream 1/3 cup powdered sugar 2 tsp. vanilla 4 cups watermelon, cubed and seeded
With an electric mixer, beat cream cheese and watermelon until smooth.
Blend in powdered sugar and vanilla. Fold in sour cream.
Serve with a variety of fresh fruits.
