TURKEY WITH CRANBERRY DRESSING CASSEROLE

Serves 8

Vegetable spray
2 (6 oz.) packages turkey stuffing mix, prepared
2 eggs beaten
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup, with herbs
10 tablespoons double cheddar cheese sauce
2 (3 oz.) packages dried cranberries
1 pound oven-roasted turkey, thinly sliced.


Preheat oven to 400° F.

Spray 9 x 12 x 11/2 ? (2 qt.) baking dish with vegetable spray; set aside.

Combine stuffing mix, eggs, soup, cheese sauce and cranberries.

Spoon 1/3 stuffing mix into baking dish.

Layer half of the turkey slices over stuffing.

Spoon another 1/3 of stuffing mix over turkey, layer with remaining turkey slices.

Top with remainder of stuffing mix.

Bake for 30 minutes.

Serve with Savory Turkey and Egg Gravy.


SAVORY TURKEY AND EGG GRAVY
Serves 8

1 (15 oz.) jar roasted turkey gravy
1 (103/4 oz) can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup chicken broth
4 hard-cooked egg whites, chopped
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

In saucepan, combine turkey gravy, soup, broth, eggs and pepper.
Simmer on low heat for 20 to 30 minutes.
Serve over Turkey and Cranberry Dressing.
