TURKEY-BEAN TATER TOT CASSEROLE
Serves: 8
Ingredients: • 1 pound ground turkey • 1 large onion, chopped • 1 can (15 oz.) lima beans, undrained • 1 can (16 oz.) cut green beans, undrained • 6 tablespoons brown sugar • 1/2 cup Heinz Tomato Ketchup • 1 tablespoon Heinz white vinegar • 1 tsp. salt • 1 to 3 teaspoons chili powder, optional • 1 can (16 oz.) Heinz baked beans • 1 can (15 oz.) red kidney beans, undrained • 1 can (16 oz.) black beans, undrained • 1 package (16 oz.) Ore-Ida Tater Tots
Directions: In a large nonstick skillet, brown turkey and onion until turkey is cooked. Drain lima and green beans, reserving liquid.
Add bean liquid, sugar, ketchup, vinegar, salt, and chili powder to skillet; bring to a boil.
Meanwhile, combine lima, green, baked, kidney, and black beans in a 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish.
Spoon turkey mixture over bean mixture.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
Top with Tater Tots; bake an additional 30 minutes or until tots are crisp.
