TURKEY FOCACCIA SANDWICH WITH BASIL SALSA TURKEY FOCACCIA SANDWICH WITH BASIL SALSA

Yield: 6

Ingredients
• 2 Packages (8.81 ounces each) Focaccia bread, sliced horizontally
• 2 to 3 Leaves leaf lettuce, washed and dried
• 3/4 Pound FULLY-COOKED SMOKED TURKEY, shaved
• 4 Ounces Provolone cheese, shaved

 
1) Prepare BASIL SALSA for use in this recipe

2) On large plate, place one facaccia loaf upside down. Arrange lettuce over focaccia and top with turkey, Basil Salsa and cheese. Place remaining focaccia loaf over top. To serve, slice into 6 wedges.
