INGREDIENTS• 0.75 cup Fresh Mushrooms, chopped• 3.00 tbs. Butter or Margarine• 1.50 lbs. Ground Beef• 2.00 tsp. Salt• 2.00 tsp. Onion, finely chopped• 1.00 tsp. Powdered Mustard• 0.25 tsp. Ground Black Pepper• 0.12 tsp. Instant Garlic PowderDIRECTIONS Using fresh mushrooms (approximately 1/8 lb.) cook 3 minutes in 3 T. butter. Remove mushrooms from skillet with a slotted spoon and combine with remaining ingredients. Mix lightly and form into 6 patties.
