MUSHROOM BURGERS

INGREDIENTS
• 0.75 cup Fresh Mushrooms, chopped • 3.00 tbs. Butter or Margarine • 1.50 lbs. Ground Beef • 2.00 tsp. Salt • 2.00 tsp. Onion, finely chopped • 1.00 tsp. Powdered Mustard • 0.25 tsp. Ground Black Pepper • 0.12 tsp. Instant Garlic Powder
DIRECTIONS
Using fresh mushrooms (approximately 1/8 lb.) cook 3 minutes in 3 T. butter.
Remove mushrooms from skillet with a slotted spoon and combine with remaining ingredients.
Mix lightly and form into 6 patties.
Fry in pan drippings, turning to brown both sides until desired doneness.
