July 1-8, 2023 National Cherry Festival Traverse City, Michigan Rated one of the top 100 festivals in the US and running anually since 1926, the National Cherry Festival has over 150 events and draws over 500,000 visitors over an 8 day period. July 4, 2023 Berrien Springs Pickle Festival - Berrien Springs, Michigan Celebrating all things pickle! From the famous Pickle Toss contest, big wheel racing for kids, lawn games, food and craft vendors, there is something for the whole family! July 6-8, 2023 Elsie Dairy Festival - Elsie, Michigan Elsie holds its annual festival in honor of the Dairy industry in July. Along with draft horse pulls, carnival, arts & crafts and parade, they also have kiddie pulls, kiddie parade, stage entertainment and the Dairy Dash. July 6-9, 2023 - 73rd Annual St. Helen Bluegill Festival St. Helen, Michigan Fishing contest, crafts, kids parade, talent show, horseshoes, car show and grand parade. July 6-9, 2023 Auburn Corn Fest - Auburn, Michigan The annual festival will feature live music, casino tent, entertainment tent, carnival, Cornstalk 5k run, cornhole tournament, parade, carnival, and more. The Auburn Cornfest is an annual celebration of Auburn and main fundraiser of Auburn Improvement Management, a partnership between the Auburn Jaycees and the Auburn Chamber of Commerce. July 7-8, 2023 Annual Copper Country Strawberry Festival Chassell, Michigan Also known as Chassell Strawberry Festival, held in the downtown Chassell area, is two days of family fun the first weekend in July that isn't the 4th of July. Events include an Arts & Crafts show, the Chassell Heritage Center Open House, horse-drawn wagon rides, a fish boil, live music and entertainment, a children's parade, awards and auction, queen crowning and dance, a French Toast Breakfast, the parade, a chicken BBQ, the Friends of Fashion Vintage Fashion Show, children's games and a quilt raffle. Strawberry shortcake, brats, hot dogs, ice cream and more will also be available. July 12-15, 2023 Michigan Livestock Expo - Coldwater, Michigan Branch County Fairgrounds. Swine, beef, sheep and goat shows and sale-a-bration. Designed to enhance the livestock industry, educate youth and showcase Michigan's agriculture industry.
July 12-15, 2023 Blue Water Sturgeon Festival - Port Huron, Michigan A family-friendly event centered on providing close encounters with the "Giants of the Great Lakes”. The event features dozens of indoor & outdoor exhibits, hands-on activities, and live sturgeon viewing. Thousands of threatened lake sturgeon call underneath the Blue Water Bridges home which makes it possible to see the Great Lake’s largest fish! July 15, 2023 Annual Strawberry Festival - Leonard, Michigan Addison Township Strawberry Festival originally began with the Volunteer Fire Department serving out Strawberry Sundaes and that was it. Now we have a parade, rides for the children, entertainment all day long, craft show, car show, fire truck rides, and more. The Strawberry Festival is always the third Saturday in July. July 15, 2023 Sunrise Side Wine & Food Festival - Harrisville, Michigan Annual Wine and Food Festival held on the shores of Lake Huron. Enjoy wine tasting from 15+ vineyards, craft brews, local foods, great music…one of a kind event! $15 entry includes commemorative glass and tasting tickets. July 15, 2023 70th Annual Manchester Chicken Broil Manchester, Michigan With volunteers serving 12,000 charbroiled chicken meals in a four-hour period (about one meal every second), the Chicken Broil is considered the largest event of its kind. Other activities include a car show and musical entertainment. Attendance: 16,000. July 19-22, 2023 National Baby Food Festival - Freemont, Michigan Fremont, the Baby Food Capital of the World, is the home of Gerber Products Company, and a natural for this one-of-a-kind festival. Many events for both kids and adults including the original bed race where real beds on wheels are raced down the street. Parades and entertainment. Bike decorating, bubble gum blowing and baby food eating contests, baby crawl and so much more! Attendance: 50,000. July 20-21, 2023 Michigan Honey Festival - Corunna, Michigan The Michigan Honey Festival is a fun, inexpensive, & informative weekend for everyone, young and old, non-beekeepers, “Newbee’s” & seasoned beekeepers alike. All our attendees, sponsors, vendors, and volunteers will walk away with something. July 21-23, 2023 Michigan Brewers Guild Annual Summer Beer Festival Ypsilanti, Michigan The Summer Beer Festival features over 1,000 different beers from more than 100 Michigan craft breweries. Food will be available for purchase inside the festival, and guests will enjoy live music from a variety of Michigan bands. Tickets will go on sale to the general public on Thursday, May 10 at 10am, with an Enthusiast Member pre-sale event the two days prior (beginning Tuesday, May 8 at 12am and going until 11:59pm on Wednesday, May 9). Teams take turns throwing and catching.
