100 Years and Growing! Events include arts & crafts, parade, ranch rodeo, BBQ, and of course Sweet Corn.

September 2-5, 2016  67th Annual Coconino County Fair
Fort Tuthill County Park, Arizona
3 special activity and exhibits areas: arts and culture, conservation and sustainable environment and variety stage, as well as traditional fair exhibits, livestock shows and auction, cultural presentations, a wide variety of commercial and food vendors,  Attendance: 45,000.

Apple Harvest Celebration
Willcox, Arizona
Apples? In Arizona? Actually, Southeastern Arizona’s elevation is ideal for orchards. Each year Apple Annie’s Orchard & Produce in Willcox hosts a harvest celebration, when you can pick apples, fill up on pancakes doused in cider syrup, hop on a hayride or opt for peaches and pears, which are also ripe then.  August 27-28; Sept 3-5 & 10-11

September 6-11, 2016  70th Annual Navajo Nation Fair
Window Rock, Arizona
The fair was established in 1938 to stimulate livestock improvements and management through exhibits for the Navajo people. It has become a world-renowned event that showcases Navajo agriculture, fine arts and crafts, with the promotion and preservation of the Navajo heritage by providing cultural entertainment.

September 9-11, 2016  Northern Gila County Fair
Payson Event Center, Arizona
The Annual County fair is truly a “home-grown” fair featuring everything from farm animals to blue ribbon pies. This year there will be live entertainment, educational booths, food, and fun for children of all ages. Horse show & livestock, small animals, agriculture, floriculture, handicrafts, lapidary, fine arts, photography, and other exhibits will be on display.

September 10, 2016  Cooks and Chords, A Taste for a World Free of MS
Scottsdate, Arizona
Cooks & Chords is the 7th Annual National MS Society, Arizona Chapter tasting event. This year's event will be taking place in Mayo Clinic's beautiful reception area nestled among the foothills of scenic Scottsdale. Stations of chef-prepared dishes paired with delicious spirits and wonderfully-appointed acoustic music will tantalize guests as they browse packages in our raffle and silent auction.

Showcasing AZ wineries and local eateries among the beautiful gardens at The Arboretum at Flagstaff. Presented by The Arboretum and the Sustainable Economic Development Initiative.  Cost: $35 in advance; $45 day of event; $30 for Arboretum members (includes 10 tickets for wine and food tasting and a complimentary wine glass); Children 12 and under enter for free when accompanied by parent. Additional tasting tickets are available for purchase at the event.

This will be the first year for the Prescott Cooks & Chords tasting Gala. This year's event will be taking place at the beautiful Watters Garden Center. Peeples Valley, Arizona
The event began in 1933 as a way to raise money for the national organization-today known as The National Cattlemen's Beef Association-which was, at the time, in danger of financial collapse. Calf judging workshop, quarterhorse sale, western art, crafts and jewelry, sport shooting trailer, wildlife display and more.

September 5-6, 2014  9th Annual Rhythm and Ribs Country Music Festival
Cottonwood, Arizona
We are expanding to a 2 day event with over 25 KCBS BBQ teams.  Sample ribs from the best!  Not only are we expanding the Ribs competition, we are bringing in more micro-breweries for you to test and taste.  We have added additional competitions for your enjoyment! The Ribs Cook-Off is still the featured event, but who wants more food to savor?  For the second year, the Rhythm & Ribs cook-off is a KCBS-sanctioned event. This year expect to see over 25 professional BBQ teams and sample to best ribs in the Southwest.
