Southern Arizona Salsa & Tequila Challenge
For 7 years, cocktail craft and culinary creativity is taken to a new level at Southern Arizona Arts and Cultural Alliance’s Annual Salsa and Tequila Challenge. Tequila infused popsicles, sno-cones, and mixed drinks will surprise attendees with refreshing colors, while kimchi, blueberry-jalapeno and “Smokeless Fire” salsas will spice up their palettes.

Not only are we expanding the Ribs competition, we are bringing in more micro-breweries for you to test and taste. We have added additional competitions for your enjoyment! The Ribs Cook-Off is still the featured event, but who wants more food to savor? For the second year, the Rhythm & Ribs cook-off is a KCBS-sanctioned event. This year expect to see over 25 professional BBQ teams and sample to best ribs in the Southwest.
