PROSCIUTTO-WRAPPED FRUITS

Serves 48

1 pound wafer-thin-sliced Prosciutto
1 cantaloupe or honeydew, cut into wedges
2 apples, cored and cut into wedges
2 pears, cored and cut into wedges
Fresh lime wedges
 

Cooking Directions

Shortly before serving, sprinkle apple and pear wedges with fresh lime juice.

Wrap fruit wedges in Prosciutto slices.

Arrange on serving tray.
