MUSHROOM AND HAM WRAPS

Yield: 4 Portions

INGREDIENTS

    • 1.00 package (8 ounces) fresh white mushrooms, sliced (about 3 cups)
    • 1.00 jar (7 ounces) roasted peppers, drained and sliced (about 1/2 cup)
    • 0.50 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
    • 0.25 cup prepared pesto sauce
    • 4.00 lettuce leaves
    • 8.00 ounces thinly sliced deli ham
     

DIRECTIONS

In a medium bowl, combine mushrooms, peppers, mozzarella cheese and pesto sauce.

Place ham slices on a work surface; top with a lettuce leaf, cut to fit.

Spoon mushroom mixture over lettuce, dividing evenly.

Roll the ham around the mushroom filling to make a cone.
