Corn Maze Beer Fest
Columbus, Indiana
The Corn Maze Beer Fest is held by 450 North Brewing Co in Columbus, Indiana. It exactly what you think it is… they will be building an enormous 4.3 acre maze in the corn field that’s adjacent to their beautiful brewery and winery. They will be setting up breweries throughout the maze as festival attendees work their way through the maze, to the middle, where there will be even more breweries, food, live music, etc.

North Manchester, Indiana
Food vendors, craft vendors, horse-drawn wagon rides, cow-milking contest, petting zoo, pumpkin painting, farmers' market, mum sale, pony rides and hayrides.

October 1-2, 2016  49th Annual Feast of the Hunters' Moon
West Lafayette, Indiana
Reenactment of life during the 18th century--French, British & Native American trading post, crafts, demonstrations, live music and over 50 different foods adapted from original recipes.

October 3, 2016  Festiv-ALE - Indianapolis, Indiana
A Wine & Stein Celebration is a wine and beer festival that benefits the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.  The event is a relaxed yet lively evening featuring over 100 local brews, 50 different wine labels and fabulous food offered by an array of top-notch restaurants.  The event also features a full silent auction, our famous “Instant Bar” contest, a selfie station, a cornhole contest, and live music brought you by Sour Mash and Pissed Off Catfish! From wine novices to advanced beer enthusiasts, Festiv-ALE offers a casual and fun evening for all wine and beer drinking experience levels.  VIP will allow guests to sample from all participating vendors one hour earlier than main event guests.  There will also be exclusive tasting stations during this hour. No waiting in lines…. more food, more wine, more beer, more fun!   All Food And Beverage Is Included In The Price Of The Ticket.

October 3-8, 2016  95th Annual West Side Nut Club Fall Festival
Evansville, Indiana
This is a week-long gala with over 130 food booths sponsored by non-profit groups, free entertainment, carnival, talent competition, and a huge parade. The event attracts over 200,000 people to the West Side and is the 2nd largest street festival in the U.S.

October 7-8, 2016  Ertel Cellars Annual Wine Festival
Batesville, Indiana
Wine Tasting, Food, Live Music and Children Activities.

October 7-8, 2016  Ethnic Expo - Columbus, Indiana
Festivities are held outdoors. Two stages for entertainment and several tents for dining. The festival has authentic ethnic food booths, cultural exhibits, live performances of international music and dancing, a ethnic bazaar, parade, special entertainment for children.   Attendance: 35,000.

October 7-8, 2016  Rising Sun Navy Bean Fall Festival
Rising Sun, Indiana
Held on the downtown riverfront, with rides, crafts, queen pageant, music, and homemade bean soup & cornbread.

 

October 7-9, 2016  47th Annual Bloomfield Apple Festival
Bloomfield, Indiana
This is one of the best small town fall festivals in Southern Indiana, it features carnival rides, food and merchandise vendors, live music, various contests (such as a baking contest, baby contest, pedal tractor contest), a quilt auction, art exhibit, 5k Run, wiffle ball tournament, live demonstrations, and more.  A great time for all ages.  The Apple Festival is held in the town park, and is always on the first weekend in October.

October 14-15, 2016 - Fall Harvest Festival - Valparaiso, Indiana
Fall is the perfect time to spend time in downtown Valparaiso. Check out the “spooktacular” events planned for this special day!  Wear your spookiest or silliest costume and go door-to-door in Valparaiso’s downtown to get some tasty treats from our restaurants and retailers.  Visit Central Park Plaza for treats and fun in the park. Free Hayrides provided by the Valparaiso Parks Department!

October 15, 2016  Sorghum Festival - Marengo, Indiana
This annual fall event showcases the outstanding work of Indiana local artists and craftsmen. Live demonstrations, food booths, and lots of entertainment are also included. And don't forget that delicious homemade sorghum. 3rd Saturday in October.

October 19-22, 2016 - National FFA Convention & Expo
Indianapolis, Indiana
National FFA Organization (formerly Future Farmers of America).  Each year, nearly 55,000 FFA members and guests gather to learn about careers in the agriculture industry, compete for scholarships, volunteer in the community and shape the future of the National FFA Organization.

An evening of California wines, cuisine, art, entertainment and silent auction.  Benefiting the Ronald McDonald House of Indiana.

 

October 29-30, 2016 - Gluten Free Food Allergy Fest
Indianapolis, Indiana

As devout and faithful beer enthusiasts, we make a big deal out of observing the world’s most famous beer festival.  German beer, German food, German garb!  All day festival. Free admission. Liter steins available for purchase.  Live Music.

October 3-4, 2015 - 30th Annual Apple Festival of Kendallville
Kendallville, Indiana
Music, food, Civil War re-enactment, puppets, storytelling, dancers, sheep shearing and other demonstrations, 85 craft booths, and "all things apple". A great family event.

October 10-11, 2015  Indiana Gourd Society Fall Festival
Crown Point, Indiana
Free admission, open to public.  Vendors, IGS Gourd store, Gourd Seeds, Demonstrations, mini craft and dried gourd competition, music, kids booth, Auction.

October 1-31, 2014  Angel Mounds Corn Maze - Evansville, Indiana
The Corn Maze is a celebration of this Native American super food. Learn how agriculture shaped a civilization with a visit to the museum, then head to the corn for a scavenger hunt of mythological proportions. Concessions will be available for purchase, and an open fire will be ongoing for weenie roasting and s'mores.  Friday and Saturday nights feature flashlight trick-or-treating and seasonal games and treats. You can bring a flashlight or use ones provided by Angel Mounds with a refundable deposit.  Those who make it through, collecting each piece of candy, will receive a free s'mores packet and the chance to enter a prize drawing.

Brazil, Indiana
We regret to inform you that the Popcorn Festival has dissolved as of July 2013 due to complications beyond our control.  We want to thank everyone for visiting our website and coming to our festival for the last 10 years.  We thank all of our valuable volunteers who have made the festival a success during that time.
