October 4-8, 2017 Chef Fest
Kailua Kona, Hawaii
Four Seasons Resort Hualalai announces the lineup of culinary and mixology talent for Chef Fest 2017. The 4-day food and wine festival will feature an impressive lineup of award winning celebrity guest chefs including Neal Fraser, Gabrielle Hamilton, Edward Lee, Ivan Orkin, Andy Ricker and Jonathan Waxman. New the to festival this year is a pop-up All Clad Cooking Academy in the Resort's Herb Garden featuring an outdoor kitchen-- where each celebrity chef will lead an intimate cooking experience for guests. Also new this year is a Patron Mixology Lounge at the adult's only pool Palm Grove. Here, four guest mixologists will feature unique cocktails showcasing native Hawaiian ingredients.

A worldwide celebration of local food held every year on December 10. Through hundreds of diverse and unique events across the globe, together we show that a global food revolution grows from local roots.
October 1, 2016 Nani He'eia
A fundraiser event to support Paepae o He'eia. This is the first time our annual fundraiser will be held on location at the beautiful and historic He'eia Fishpond. Celebrated chefs Andrew Le of The Pig & The Lady, Ed Kenney of Town Hospitality Group, Lee Anne Wong of Koko Head Cafe, Mark "Gooch" Noguchi of MISSION Social Hall & Cafe and Kealoha Domingo of NuiKealoha will be serving up delicacies directly from He?eia Fishpond. Na Hoku Hanohano award-winning musicians Kainani Kahaunaele and Ernie Cruz Jr. will serenade you throughout the evening. There will also be live and silent auctions, a hosted bar to include an Awa station, and food stations spanning the fishpond wall, so please wear footwear appropriate for walking. Proceeds from this event will directly support the future cultivation of local and sustainable seafood in the fishpond. In doing so, we honor the legacy of the fishpond as a place of traditional Hawaiian aquaculture and will activate the 800-year old pond for its intended purpose – to grow food for our community.

New York City has its famous New Year’s Eve ball drop in Times Square. Mililani has a big, round, lighted pineapple that will drop from a 60-foot flag pole in Mililani Town Center. This one’s family-friendly, too; you don’t ever have to wait until midnight for the finale. Join local bands Streetlight cadence and Crimson Apple to welcome 2016.
October 31-Nov 2, 2014 - Dia de los Muertos, Comida!
Halloween Special, Dia de los Muertos, Comida. Family and friends will be able to enjoy a special menu, live music by Senior Daniel Dickey and Mariachi El Loco and sugar and chocolate skulls that the children can paint. It'll be a fun family night before trick-or-treating or continuing the Halloween spirit throughout the weekend.
October 5-13, 2013 Hawaii Fishing & Seafood Festival Week
Due to a number of unfortunate circumstances, the 2014 Hawaii Fishing and Seafood Festival will not be held. Perhaps if circumstance improve in 2015, the festival will return even bigger and better.

The Malama Learning Center. Notable chefs, such as Celebrity Chef Lee Anne Wong (Top Chef) and Chef Co-Chair Mark Noguchi of Pili Group, alongside students and local farmers from all walks-of-life, will share their own culture and traditions through their culinary creations, for all attendees to enjoy. This event will also feature cultural activities, performances, and entertainment for the whole family. All proceeds from this event will benefit the Malama Learning Center and support their mission to teach and inspire communities to create healthy living environments in Hawaii.
