Now in its 22nd year, the largest trade event in Hawaii. Some industry seminars are offered. The primary objective is to bring the buyers & suppliers together as a market to conduct business on the exhibit floor. Open to the industry only.
July 16, 2016 8th Annual Mangoes at the Moana - Honolulu, Hawaii
Moana Surfrider, A Westin Resort & Spa has partnered with Makaha Mangoes to celebrate its annual “Mangoes at the Moana” event anniversary. Locals and visitors are invited to join in on the festivities from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Included in the day’s extensive lineup of celebratory activities, guests are also invited to Mangoes at the Moana’s most popular event “Mango Throw Down” featuring local celebrity executive chefs in a friendly cooking competition using mango as the main ingredient from noon – 4 p.m. Another competitive component to this year’s Mangoes at the Moana lineup of fun will include “Mango Cocktail Mixdown.” Open to public participation, “Mango Cocktail Mixdown” is a competition between cocktail enthusiasts and professional mixologists using Ketel One Vodka and mango as featured ingredient in a mixed drink.

The Joy of Sake celebrates Hawaii's hundred-year love affair with sake—from the early days of Japanese immigration and the founding of the Honolulu Sake Brewery up to the present. Today Honolulu hosts the annual U.S. National Sake Appraisal and has more sake-serving restaurants per capita than any other city in the country.
