Personal Notes: Spoon this over fried fish, shrimp, oysters, etc., just like tartar sauce.

Cajun Tartar Sauce
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 2 tbsp. yellow or brown mustard
• 1 tsp. onion powder
• 1 tsp. garlic powder
• 1 tbsp. hot sauce
• 1 tbsp. dill relish
• 1 tbsp. sweet relish


Place all ingredients in small bowl and mix undl well blended.
