TERIYAKI SAUCES


SAUCE 1

1 Cup Oil
2 Cups Soy sauce
1/3 Cup Brown sugar
6 Each Garlic Clove -- minced
1/4 Cup Sherry
2 Tablespoons Fresh Ginger Root
 

Combine and mix well.


SAUCE 2

3 Cups Pineapple juice
1 1/2 Cups Soy sauce
1 Cup Lemon juice
4 Each Garlic -- minced
1 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
                      

Combine and mix well.
