ROASTED PEPPER MAYONNAISE FOR FRIES
10 servings Makes about 1 1/4 cups. Serving Size equals 2 tablespoons. Preparation Time: 5 Minutes
1 cup mayonnaise 1/4 cup roasted red peppers, drained 1 clove garlic, coarsely chopped
In food processor, process mayonnaise, peppers and garlic until smooth, pulsing on and off.
Place in a small bowl.
Cover and chill until ready to serve.
Serve with fries or potato wedges.
