TAMARIND SAUCE (for grilled steaks)

Serving Size: 3   

Step One

3 Ounces Tamarind Pulp
1/2 Teaspoon Sugar
1 Fluid Ounce Red Wine
2 Fluid Ounces Beef Stock
Step Two

2 Ounces Butter -- softened

Reduce ingredients in step one.         

Whip in butter.
