1 1/2 Cups Apricot nectar 1 Cup Pineapple juice 1/2 Cup Brown sugar 1/2 Cup Honey 1/2 Teaspoon Salt 1 Pinch Ground Ginger 3 Tablespoons Soy sauce 2 Tablespoons Vinegar 1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar
[1) Combine the Apricot Nectar and Pineapple juice in a pot.
[2) Add Brown Sugar, Honey, Salt, Ginger and Soy..... Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until the brown sugar disolves. Remove from heat...
[3) Add Vinegar and granulated sugar, stirring to combine.....cool and chill.
