SALAD2 cups sliced apples1/2 cup thinly sliced celery1/4 cup sliced green onions8 cups torn salad greens1 cup sliced fresh strawberries1 package (9 oz.) refrigerated cheese-filled tortelliniAPPLE JUICE DRESSING1 Tbsp. Apple cider vinegar1/2 tsp. lemon pepper3 Tbsp. frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed2 Tbsp. pine nuts, toasted, optional2 Tbsp. chutney2 tsp. dijon mustardCombine all dressing ingredients. Cover dressing and refrigerate.Cook tortellini according to package directions. Drain and cool thoroughly. In large mixing bowl combine tortellini and salad ingredients.
