ALL PURPOSE TEMPURA BATTER
Ingredients
2 2/3 cups Flour 1/2 tablespoon Salt 1/2 teaspoon Pepper 1/8 cup Melted Butter 4 Egg Yolks -- beaten 1 1/2 cups Flat Beer 4 Egg Whites
Directions
1) Combine first group of ingredients and mix well.
2) Beat Egg Whites. Fold in with other ingredients. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
