RED WINE-CITRUS MOJO

1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 medium sized red onion (sliced)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1/2 cup Florida red wine
1/2 cup Florida orange juice
juice from 2 limes
2 tablespoons fresh chopped cilantro
1 teaspoon each, salt & black pepper
   

Marinate Florida beef, pork , poultry, or seafood in the Mojo up to two hours before cooking.
