2 Cans Red Stripe Beer, or other full flavored import1 Tablespoon Wine vinegar2 Tablespoons Lemon juice1/2 Cup Olive oil1 Tablespoon Prepared horseradish1 Teaspoon Onion powder1 Teaspoon Garlic powder2 Teaspoons Salt1 Teaspoon Cayenne PepperMix all ingredients together and use as a marinade. Then use as a basting sauce for the meat while it cooks.
