Mussel Butter Seasoning

1 Tablespoon White Pepper 2 Tablespoons Salt 2 Tablespoons Garlic Powder 4 Whole Bay Leaf -- pulverized 2 Tablespoons Thyme Fluid Ounce White Wine Fluid Ounce Butter
Mix seasonings together.
Steam Each Serving of Mussels in 2 ounces White Wine & 2 ounces Butter, with tsp of seasoning.
