ADOBO MARINADE

Makes enough marinade for 6-8 pork chops.

1/2 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons wine vinegar
3 canned chipotle chiles
3 garlic cloves
2 teaspoons oregano
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin 


Cooking Directions
In bowl of food processor place all ingredients; puree. 

Place pork in self-sealing plastic bag add marinade.

Refrigerate 2-24 hours.

Discard any leftover marinade.


Serving Suggestions
This dark-red marinade can be used as a marinade or even as a serving sauce. If you marinate meat in this sauce, discard the used marinade. Do not re-use marinating sauce for sauce on cooked product.
