CARIBBEAN MARINADE

Serving size: about 2 tablespoons Yield: marinade for 4 chicken breasts, fish filets, or pork chops
Ingredients • 1/4 cup pineapple juice • 1/4 cup mango juice • 1/4 cup lime juice • 1 clove garlic, finely minced • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger • 1 tablespoon honey • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Cooking Instructions Whisk all the ingredients together in a bowl.
Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
Note: Use to marinate chicken, fish, or pork. To avoid the risk of harmful bacteria, do not reuse marinade.
