Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 50 minutes

Ingredients
• 8 slices bread
• 1 cup stuffing
• 1/2 cup gravy
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 1 cup cranberry sauce
• 2 cup low fat cheddar cheese
• 1-1/2 cup 1% milk
• 2 cups turkey, diced
• 1/4 teaspoon salt

Preparation Method
Spray a 9x13 baking dish with nonstick spray. Arrange 4 slices of bread on bottom, cutting to fit. Spread cranberry sauce over bread. Top with half the turkey, stuffing and cheese. Cover with remaining bread. Top with remaining turkey, stuffing, and cheese.

In a medium bowl, whisk the Eggland's Best eggs, milk, gravy, salt, and pepper until well blended. Stir in scallions. Pour slowly over strata allowing to soak in. Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight.
