ROAST TURKEY BREAST WITH CRANBERRY APPLE STUFFING
Serves: 12
Ingredients:
• 1 (5 to 6 pound) bone-in turkey breast
• 1 package (12 oz.) unseasoned stuffing mix (about 8 cups)
• 1/2 cup dried cranberries
• 1 Red Delicious apple, cored, chopped
• 1 tsp. dried rosemary leaves, crushed
• 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) Chicken Broth, College Inn Light & Fat Free
Directions:
Roast turkey according to package directions.
Meanwhile, to prepare stuffing, combine stuffing mix, cranberries, apple, rosemary and broth.
Place in greased 13-in. x 9-in. roasting pan; cover with foil.
Bake in 350° oven, 45 minutes.
Serve stuffing with roasted turkey.
