Ingredients • 3 cups cooked rice • 2 cups cooked turkey or chicken cubes • 1 10-3/4-ounce can condensed cream of chicken soup • 1 cup cooked mixed vegetables • 1 cup finely chopped onion • 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning • 1 teaspoon celery salt • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper • 1/2 cup chicken broth • 1 cup (4-ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions Combine rice, turkey, chicken soup, mixed vegetables, onion, poultry seasoning, celery salt, black pepper and chicken broth in greased shallow 2-quart baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees 20 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese; bake 5 minutes longer.
