Prep: 10 min.Makes: 2 servings2 frozen BANANAS, cut into 1-inch pieces8 ounces vanilla soy milk2 ounces very strong brewed coffee or espresso, chilled; or 1 heaping teaspoon instant coffee dissolved in 2 ounces water 1 heaping teaspoon Giradelli semi-sweet chocolate powder1 tablespoon vanilla soy protein powder1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract2 teaspoon shaved dark chocolate4 ounces aerosol whipped cream2 slices (1/2 inch) fresh, raw bananaPlace ingredients 1-6 above in the blender. Cover; blend until smooth. Pour into tall glasses.Top with whipped cream (as much as desired), and sprinkle dark chocolate shavings over whipped creamsInternational Banana Association
