CHERRY ICE CREAM SMOOTHIE
Makes 2 cups; 2 (8-ounce) servings.
Ingredients: 1 cup frozen tart cherries 1/2 cup cherry juice blend 1 cup vanilla ice cream
Put frozen cherries and cherry juice blend in container of electric blender or food processor.
Puree until almost smooth.
Add ice cream one third at a time; blend well after each addition.
Serve immediately.
