Salute is has been taken over by Richard & Suanne of Blue Heaven Restaurant.  I would expect the food and service to be of the same great quality.

Salute has been bought by Rick of Blue Heaven Restaurant about a year ago. He is there most days overseeing his new adventure without changing the direction of the menu. And I must say it is now one of the favorite places for even us locals to go whether for a glass of wine, or a nice lunch outside.
