HOLIDAY CHEESE BALL
Number of Servings: 12 party servings
8 Oz. Cream cheese, room temperature
16 Oz. Sharp cheddar cheese spread, room temperature
1/4 Cup onion, finely chopped
2 Tbsp. Horseradish
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 Cup Pecans, finely chopped
In bowl, add all ingredients, except pecans.
Mix well and chill at least 2 hours.
Spread pecans on sheet of waxed paper.
Using a spatula, shape cheese mixture into a ball and roll out on the pecans.
Cover with pecans.
Keep refrigerated until serving.
Serve with assorted crackers.
