DRIED PLUM PUREE
Prep Time: 10 minutes
1 1/3 cups (about 8 ounces) pitted dried plums
6 tablespoons hot water
In food processor, process dried plums and water until finely chopped, pulsing on and off.
Cover and refrigerate up to 1 month.
