6 whole Tomatoes, Whole -- chopped fine 1/2 Whole Green Bell Pepper -- chopped fine 1/2 Whole Yellow Bell Pepper -- chopped fine 1 Medium Yellow Onion -- minced fine 1 teaspoon Dry Mustard 1 tablespoon Horseradish 1 teaspoon Pepper 1/2 tablespoon Lemon Juice 1/3 Cup Olive oil Salt -- to taste
Chop tomatoes, peppers and onion very fine.
Mix all, and refrigerate for 1 hour before using.
