BARBEQUED PEANUT CHICKEN WINGS

 
Ingredients:
• 12 Chicken Wings 
• 1/2 pound Bacon Sliced Thin 
• 1/4 cup Dry Sherry 
• 2 tablespoons Honey 
• 2 tablespoons Heinz 57 Sauce 
• Fresh Ground Black Pepper to Taste 
• 2/3 cup Chopped Raw Peanuts 
• 1/2 cup Soy Sauce 
• 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar, Packed 
• 2 tablespoons Hoisin Sauce 
• 1 Clove Garlic, Minced 


Directions: 
Remove wing tips and cut wings into 2 pieces at the joint.

Combine soy sauce, sherry, brown sugar, honey, hoisin sauce, Heinz 57 sauce, garlic and pepper.

Add wings, chill and marinate 6 hours or overnight.

Add bacon and marinate 5 mins.

Coat wings with peanuts and wrap with bacon.

Arrange wings on a rack in a foil lined roasting pan.
Bake in a preheated oven 20 to 30 mins at 375 degrees, until golden brown and crispy.

Serve hot.
