4 lb. whole chicken, cut up 1 Tablespoons olive oil2 Tablespoons MESQUITE MEAL1/4 teaspoon paprika1/2 teaspoon black pepper, ground 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon cumin Coat chicken with olive oil.Combine dry ingredients and rub onto chicken.Place chicken skin side down on a medium hot grill and cook for about 20 minutes then turn and cook another 20 minutes or so.On an indoor barbeque grill 10 minutes extra may be required.
