INGREDIENTS
• 4 lb. whole chicken, cut up
• 1 Tablespoons olive oil
• 2 Tablespoons MESQUITE MEAL
• 1/4 teaspoon paprika
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, ground
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon cumin
DIRECTIONS
Coat chicken with olive oil.
Combine dry ingredients and rub onto chicken.
Place chicken skin side down on a medium hot grill and cook for about 20 minutes then turn and cook another 20 minutes or so.
On an indoor barbeque grill 10 minutes extra may be required.
