Ingredients• 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves• 1 tablespoon ground cumin• 1 tablespoon olive oil• 1 jar (16 ounces) Pace® Pineapple Mango Chipotle SalsaDirections1. Season the chicken with the cumin.2. Heat the oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 10 minutes or until it's well browned on both sides.3. Pour 1 cup salsa over the chicken. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Serve with the remaining salsa.Courtesy of PaceFoods.com
