Step One 2 Cups Mushrooms -- sliced 2 Tablespoons Shallots -- chopped 2 Ounces Butter Step Two 1/2 cup Wild Rice 2 Cups Rice Salt and Pepper -- to taste 5 1/3 Cups Hot Water Step Three 2 Tablespoons Brandy
DIRECTIONS:
[1) Saute Mushrooms & Shallots for 3 minutes.....
[2) Combine Mushrooms & Shallots with ingredients in STEP TWO..... Place in oven proof dish, cover with foil and bake @375°F for 45 minutes.
[3) When Rice is done, uncover and add Brandy, mix thoroughly.
