AVOCADO AND SHRIMP COCKTAIL

INGREDIENTS
• 3 large avocados, peeled, and crushed. • 1 lb shrimps, peeled, de-veined and fried • ¼ cup olive oil • 1 scallion, chopped • 1 clove of garlic • 4 leaves of lettuce
DIRECTIONS
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Mix all and present on lettuce cups.
